Our turkeys are big birds, often coming in at between 16 and 25+ pounds. They are broad breasted with a natural fat layering that makes them a great choice for any holiday gathering.

Because we pick them up directly from the processor so that you get a fresh, never frozen bird, we can't be sure of the weights until we pick up. This is something that we can't change, but we do try to keep in mind if you are looking for a turkey at the smaller or larger end of the scale and try to accomodate your wishes.
